Hassle Free Easy 30 Day Return Policy 

If you are not happy with your online purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

We have a 30 days return policy for online purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@tevyhive.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

1. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

2. We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who demonstrate a pattern of frequent or repeated returns.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
